I can't find any relevant Network Manager configuration that would reenable DNS so it seems like the package is broke.
I've confirmed that I have a default route to gateway/router, an IP address, and an arp table with the gateway reachable..I ran it this morning and it said "FAILED". What happened to me was thar Network Manager thought I had changef the and hence decided not to manage it anymore.
DHCP is provided external from my servers and I can't change that.
